Digitalisation is about transitioning the business to a digital business. This process is also called „digital transformation“. Digitalisation is the use of digital technologies to change a business model and provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities; it is the process of moving to a digital business. A key role in this process is played by the Digitalisation of Knowledge: Tools & Platforms seem to help this process of „transforming“ knowledge into a „digital good“ that can be „transported“ and „exchanged“ on the web.

But waht is knowledge? And is it possibile to make our knowledge really „digital“?
